The Scow and Lowrider Moth 2025 National Championships will be held at Saratoga Sailing Club from Monday 6th to Saturday 11th January 2025. The Regatta may be sailed in conjunction with the Firebug Nationals (TBC).
Eligibility
The regatta is open to non-foiling moths of the International Moth Class that comply with the Moth Class Rules and are registered with through the International Moth Class of Australia register.
- Copies of your Measurement Certificate and Insurance Policy must be provided when requested.
- All Scow and Lowrider Moths boats and sailors are to be registered as sailing with a Australia Sailing affiliated sailing club.
- All sailors must be members of the International Moth Class Association of Australia. Only Australian resident members will be eligible for prizes.
Entry
Eligible boats and sailors can enter for the Scow and Lowrider Moth National Championships 2025 by completing the entry form and submitting it with the required fee. The entry form and required fees may be posted on the Australian International Moth Association website (https://www.moth.asn.au/) or on this page.
- The helmsperson named on the boat entry form shall be the same for all races.
- To be accepted, entry fees as set out below must accompany the on-line entry. Entries close on Sunday 15th December 2025.
- Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Organising Authority until end of registration on Monday 6th January 2025, with payment of the late fee.
Fees
- General entry fees is $250.
- Juniors (under 21 year old) $150.
- Late entry fee, payable after 17th December 2025, is an additional $100.
- Camping is a flat of $100 and available from Saratoga Sailing Club (please see below)
NB: Fees are not refundable, however, special dispensation may be considered by the Organising Authority upon application
